~God depicted as a woman, source unknown.i am slowly starting to realize that i see God as more of a mother rather than a father. it’s a strange place, because the language of jesus and God as “he” makes me incredibly uncomfortable, and i’m not sure why. it is also liberating, that God can meet me halfway, no matter how i see him/her.
